if he/she great hardware for encoding purposes [Nvidea RTX 2070 super/like 1000s video card] at laest i7 intel series 7th grn up or AMD ryzen 5/7 up series] that's make can do ultra fast workload. okay will somebody can appreciate your work
EDIT: your video are not meet to standard encoding process you must use slow preset and some tweaking stuff to balance the quality between file size.
