I used to download from AnimeKaizoku, so I’m pretty sure this is BD. The only problem with their stuff is it’s bitrate starved, and always has low quality audio. This anime is pretty old to begin with, so I highly doubt it’s a WEBRip.
That's why I ended up transcoding my own, smaller versions of this will have compromises on subs/audio/video.
