@WickedTaco I was rather disappointed as well. The story wasn't bad, but the direction sucked! Twice they are running from a horde of Goblins, then they meet up with their party and... The Goblins are all gone! WTF! It felt very forced at times. I am guessing the studio had a Covid-19 shortage of staff and the project suffered because of it. At least I hope that is why. Really upsetting. :(
@TarryPlaguer, wasn't the movie done before the wu-flu stuff, I recall they did screenings in Japanese theaters back in February.
The anime is a 7/10 anyway unless they start to actually get more serious.
