Ripped from Netflix Japan, I think it looks nicer than episode 1 that is found here https://nyaa.si/view/1260376 but here is a screenshot comparison https://imgur.com/a/4Famcww. Japanese subtitle for episode 1 has also been ripped but I have no idea what to do with it.

If I recall correctly, NF uses the Blu-ray as its source, right? A combination of R3 DVD with English subs and etc would be great.

The R3 ISOs seem hard to come by.
