A terrorist group, apparently a cult, following the lost prophecies of Nostradamus, is causing havoc around the world. They predict the occurrence of a disaster to their followers, when in fact they plan to cause the catastrophe. The hidden agenda of the plan is to take the current leader in the polls for the presidency out of the running.

The man in question is Douglas, and he owns the largest building in the world, easily fitting a city and a stadium. And as it turns out the top floor of the building harbours to real lost book of Nostradamus. Lupin wants the book because of its high value, and after a first unsuccessful pilfering attempt, he tries another approach.

So Lupin infiltrates a prison on a remote island, where an old friend may be able to figure out how to obtain at the lost book. While escaping, he runs into trouble with the terrorist group... source anidb
