Description

This is the only part of the original DGC series without an official English release. Meaning, it went nearly two decades without a better translation.

That didn't sit right with me, and so here we are.

I really must express my gratitude to the wonderful people who helped me make this project a reality. Because he asked nicely. Also, the guy they first had to encode this encoded it at 20 fps.

Before this devolves into a mess, I just want to say: I have now uploaded the new TL here and the DVD ISO is seeded and available for all: https://nyaa.si/view/1223915 If anyone finds this release unsatisfactory in any way (encoding, TS, TL, etc.), I encourage everyone to do their best and make use of the files I've shared to create their own (more acceptable) releases. There's no need for pointless arguing or derogatory remarks.

@DmonHiro Interesting. Can you explain why your encode has a lot of lines with issues like these? They don't appear in the source and make the encode look terrible, in my opinion.
