Guessing you mean the 720p FUNimation releases like this. Since Golumpa rips a lower bitrate copy for 720p. It's what most of his audience prefers though so it's what he's stuck with.

Seems to be Viz Media, so it's not available for ripping from FUNimation / Crunchyroll (Bang Zoom! Entmt or Discotek Media Dubs)/ HiDive (Sentai Filmworks Dubs).
And I don't do encode requests, sorry. Looking though, seems no one has ever shared the DVDISO (Direct Untouched rip of the DVD), so no one can make a (proper/good) encode since don't have source files to work with.
