The AV1 algo makes it hard to get it running on non-overpowered systems and the software support is still scars, but it properly plays on my 5 Ghz 12 core system with RTX2080 without hitch. Much less power you should not have.. I guess.
@Sesshoumaru it's AVC aka h.264, not AV1. And it's in the profile used by blurays so it plays on ancient systems and fully accelerated by all hardware video decoders
