Eng Subs stopped working after 5 seconds for some reason, not sure why. Used VLC, never had issues before, but maybe it's just me.

Use MPC. Sometime ASS stop working that's why MPC Better Then VLC.

Nah I'm using MPV and the subtitles outright did not work for this release aside from the first line. Unfortunate since all the previous releases have been fine.
