Sorry to bother you, but could you tell ne what software you use for Netflix downloads with multi language and subtitles softcoded? It would be really helpful because the software I'm using is horribly slow and keeps messing up my account.

Or if you can't divulge that (which I understand all too well), could you do a small request because your uploads are great: "Patriot Act" with Hasan Minhaj.
