Mostly the same filter chain as Alicization, with the exception of some custom masking to deal with some very, very awful banding near the end of the OP.

As for answering comments: Starbez (Gintama NCs @ 1080p) - For now, no. Way too many NCs and most aren't worth encoding at 1080p.
