Per the information at the other end of the link provided for the source, it's 10 bit.

Did you do anything else besides just removing the English dub? Cause I don't see any point in downloading this over the original torrent. I don't really like english dubs either but I would rather have the dual audio release. Derp.
Actually the Sentai release of this was redubbed, it's much higher quality than the original rather cheesy one.
