You need a PS1 emulator on PC (ePSXe is a good PS1 emulator) or a way to play backups on an actual PlayStation like a modded one (hard modded or soft modded). But from what you said it seems you know nothing about emulators.

I will be planning on seeding this indefinitely once I finish downloading, just like I have been for the Xenogears 2.0 torrent. It won't always be on all the time, but it will never be removed from my list.
