Description

Here is a fully translated pre-patched Japanese release of Tales of Phantasia by tales-cless.org team. Had this one for years, person who uploaded it elsewhere said that translation version is v1.1, personally I can't tell.

Also there was a previous upload https://nyaa.si/view/601221 , I'm not sure if they are the same or not.
