Once again, PAL fuckery is at play so the movie runs at 25fps and the audio is slightly higher pitched. To correct this, the playback rate needs to be at 0.96x. To do this in MPC-HC:

  1. Go in View > Options, click the Playback section, and in Control, change the speed step to 4% by typing it in (visual aid: https://i.imgur.com/3UgaCVi.png).
  2. In the main window, hit Ctrl + Down Arrow or click Play > Decrease Rate. I used the Spotify OST to sync up the audio properly.
