I believe this is OVA 03 or Episode 15. Not sure why it is labeled Episode 01. Any info on source RAW? I believe this is from a 480p disc released with the sixth limited-edition manga, unless another source is available. That disk had no English subs. Who is the source, [Anime Time]?
