I mean, it makes sense. Can't adapt the lore because they don't fight using card games. And the purpose of an anime would be shilling the card game to children that don't play it. If you're already into Shadowverse, this is literally not for you. As this is to grasp new audience (particularly children). Thus going for a YGO/Vanguard kind of anime over something else
