As with all other dubs, Bofuri's dub is postponed due to coronavirus. Episode 7 is the last one released and it's unknown when FUNi will get more done.
As for why we didn't get it out? We've answered this a half dozen times during this season....

@LostYears what will you guys be doing in the upcoming period? Since most FUNI dubs are stalled. Taking a well deserved break?
A lot of us work on projects outside of LostYears that often sit on the backburner as a result. So perhaps we'll see progress on that front, but yeah I suppose otherwise we'll be taking a break until FUNimation & Crunchyroll resume their dubbings.
Spoony has encoded Somali Blu-ray for The0x539 so I figure he'll get those out eventually subbed-only of course in the meantime as well... Also Fire Force batch has been on the back burner for a while so hopefully that too will finally be completed.

Question: Any chance to get Episode 00 "reflection" with dual audio?
Also, Only just started following this anime, assume episode 12 will be released next week?
