Someone claimed the NCOP BDrip(from p2p) was bad and implied the TV episodes were the same. We didn't check that version.

However, we can say that the BD videos are not bad. If you check out the official site and elsewhere, you probably cannot get all correct information about this Blu-ray Box:
a) This is a HD-Remastered Blu-ray Box (not SD-remastered)
b) 98% videos are not 1080i which is similar to Nadesico Blu-ray Box
c) Looks better which is normal (2003 vs 1998)
