Not sure what this is. It ain't a new transfer. It doesn't look any better than the existing DVD rips. It's full of dot crawl, telecine artifacts, ghosting, and some sort of indescribable hideousness going on with the ink lines at times. The final issue in particular makes this version worse than the 480p ones already out there, IMO.
