It's only the complete main story. There are two one shots in the original 7 volume release Fantagraphics left out. Detective Sumo King and Seperate.

Can someone upload volume 2 somewhere please? For some reason only the first volume was released in my country, I bought it only to find out later that it was not the complete story and I can't find volume 2 anywhere. Importing volume 2 from the US would be really, really expensive for me.
Someone seeded this torrent and I was able to download it, thanks so much. I'll keep seeding this basically forever since it's such a small file, as long as my pc is on I'll be seeding it, thanks again.
Is this all 7 volumes of the manga in omnibus format?
