Behold! Panzer Dragoon OVA v2!

As promised, a new source popped up here on Nyaa with better quality overall but far from perfect so I did a v2.

What’s done

For now everything is done. I added the English Audio just for the sake of consistency with my previous release and because some people like hearing anime dubbed in english.

What’s not done

An ultimate release with BD quality. Never gonna happen.
