This is an English fan-translated version of Maplestory: The Girl of Destiny for the 3DS. As you might expect, it has not been released to the West officially.

I am only a little over an hour into it it. It is a 2D action RPG with some platforming mechanics mixed in. It is pretty fun and is probably worth a shot.
