Settings are different for each anime. We increase bitrate when it's possible to increase them without getting a too big final file. Also, we are more "generous" with movies, like this one.
Thanks for the upload Could you also upload "Baki 2016" in dual audio
If you mean the latest Baki (Netflix) anime then it's already uploaded with "Multiple Audio" if you mean the 2016 OVA version then it was never released with dual Audio like all the other OVAs
