To install the game you might need to switch your system locale to Japanese -> control panel -> language -> language option -> adv -> unicode -> japanese (XP)

- Extract the rar that contain both ISO and MDS file (virtual disc)
- Create virtual drive using daemon tool (free) http://www.disc-tools.com/download/daemon
- From the virtual drive mount the ISO or MDS file
- Installer would pop up install it
- Done
- Install the English patch
- Done enjoy
