Panzer Dragoon OVA (WEB 640x480) [rarecrap]

I saw the OVA was available on Amazon so I ripped that. The quality is not great, but it's probably the best you can get. Another thing worth noting is that Amazon video is 29.970 fps, and VHS rip is 23.976 fps. Comparisons can be found here.
