[Changes] Converted AIFF files to WAV. Replaced ".aiff" with ".wav" in the given oto.ini files. Added blank oto.ini files to every subfolder that includes audio. All banks except Sasa and both 2S banks require configuration before they can be used in UTAU. However, reconfiguration of Sasa and both 2S banks is recommended.
