They really fucked up on this one. I don't know how they didn't see this coming knowing that Studio Deen has no idea what there doing and has a bad history ever since the Deen fate stay night. If they knew they couldn't do it well (MS Paint quality) then they should have refused it.
I don't know why you're all expecting good animation of Deen out of all studios. Even A-1 did a better job in S1.
