Description

  • Kouya no Kotobuki Hikoutai / 荒野のコトブキ飛行隊 1080p 10-bit AVC + FLAC 2.1 (FLAC Level 8) + AAC (QAAC TVBR 127)

  • PP : Source video is overall pretty good with rich backgrounds, a good CGI with nice dogfights. Since it’s a show with many CGI, we find the usual artifact : aliasing. Filterchain was classic with rescale, adaptive denoise, antialiasing and adaptive grain. Also, for some reason, the native resolution of episode 06 is a mix of 842p (b=0, c=1) and 844p (b=0, c=1/2) as the others episodes. So I scenefiltered the whole episode to spot the adjustement.

thanks for the encode but was anything done to the audio? there's horrible clipping in both tracks

it's mainly the subwoofer track but basically any scene with high engine noise, for example in ep.1, it's in 09:04-09:12, 09:41-10:02, etc.
