All in all: disappointing run of the mill romance-tragedy
- the character relationship development was extremely rushed (it felt like it didn't truly matter at all and destroyed all romance that was shown)
- it was obvious that it'll turn into a tragedy because the relationship was described so utterly without attention to detail and without feelings (it didn't feel like the author put in any feelings while describing a love-relationship - probably how an artificial intelligence would depict love; like going over a checklist of things that the characters need to do to show that they are supposed to be in love)
Therefore: don't bother waiting for subs (if this movie would be any good I'd actually consider subbing it myself, but as I said, it's just plain bad). Hence I doubt any subbing group will pick it up any time soon or at all.
If you are in search of a good romance movie, I'd recommend 'Kotonoha no Niwa' (Garden of Words) from the top of my head.

This english sub worked greate for me. if you run plex or other servers u can merge it as easy as drag and dropping the sub into the movie file with MKVToolnix.
