Found a Kimba Discord community via a Twitter search (did out of curiosity if there was anything about it) and a fella shared DVDRips of Disc 11 with me. To credit him, he's PerKimba.

These DVDRips are a lot better than the ones I previously encountered on Pirate Bay, but the DVD ISO would have been nicer to have everything in the highest possible quality (as far as DVD backups go).
