Thanks a lot everyone for the comments ? @iShinichiKudo I use VLC and I have a very good experience with it even with 12bit 1080p HEVC videos. I don't use codec packs explicitly, but I've heard people use K-Lite and Shark007, so you might try them if you are willing to.
