[◯PMan] Slow Start Creditless OP1 (BD 1080p) [106ABF37]

The BDMV looks fine for the most part. Heavy (chroma) banding in some darker areas, but otherwise fine. Filtering consists of descaling, minor denoising, minor AA, and minor debanding. Stronger debanding was performed on two cuts with some pretty bad banding.
