It's because of CBR, just download the VBR ver., it'll have E-AC3 224 Kbps. btw aKraa, do you have the Prime Video link or something, wanna check this.

Again, like I already said, there's no E-AC3 tracks for this episode, I always lookup for the best tracks out of all video options.
