All the name changes was made deliberately

1. Purely cosmetical. Some fonts in some places changed and such.
2. Character ones. Namely Riri.

Just curious, what's with Lily being changed to Riri? You do know that she was given the nickname Lily because 百合 means both yuri (the genre, her char trope) and lily (the flower) right?

Well, first it's because there are no Lily name in Japan (I know she's half-Japanese, but still). And second and the most important one, it's because episode name was written りり (RIRI) with Hiragana. If her name was Lily it would be written リリ (RIRI) with katakana. But since it wasn't, Riri it is.

I don't think that should be a consideration. All of the episode titles are in hiragana, even episode 10's Robo, which would unquestionably be written in katakana normally, suggesting that hiragana is used in the episode titles for stylistic reasons. Additionally, the episode title was actually named りりぃ with a small ぃ, and there is no small ぃ in standard Japanese hiragana; it's only used when transcribing katakana to hiragana.

More convincingly, the ending credits list her name as リリィ/染谷リリィ, which is clearly written in katakana.

That, along with the Lily/yuri joke, leads me to believe that "Lily" is the correct spelling.
