@greveost, I have all the English Dub LaserDisc of EL-Hazard (OVA & TV) but I sadly don't know of any specials likes this one. However if people like, I can rip them but it will mostly be for audio as I'm sure EL-Hazard has a Blu-ray coming or is out in Japan.
I think it'd be better if you placed this (and Kimagure Orange Road) under "Raw" instead of "Non-English-translated" since it's Japanese audio only.

Picture Dramas would go under "Raw" too if just only Japanese audio and no English translation.
The "Raw" labels are for languages that have to do with Asian related languages such as Japanese (I think may also include Korean and Chinese) all other foreign languages are to use the "Non-English-translated" label.
