It's another movie based on manga from the same writer and directed by the same director as this. Toei came out with a blu-ray of it this year which is also prohibitively expensive.

Unfortunate they included english audio but no subs in the JP bluray

i wish they filtered a bit less the picture for the bluray. This is far better than many anime release but i feel it could have been even better.
