why is the file size so low

@fuee, the reason the filesize is much lower than most releases is because we encode using x265 - that's what the [HEVC] tag in the filename means.
Basically, it's a newer encoding algorithm/implementation that is capable of much higher compression rates with minimal quality loss. Some of the downsides are that playback may stutter on slow computers, it's much slower to encode to the same quality, and it has fewer features than x264 (which is what most encoders normally use).
It doesn't mean that the quality is worse, or that it's a smaller resolution.
