Just FYI, the filename is wrong, along with the provided description above. This is NOT the first episode, it's actually episode 49 "ESPer Kidnapping" (エスパー誘拐さる). Episode 49 originally aired on March 15, 1988, so this may very well be a recording of the first airing of that episode.

This is evidenced by the fact that there's a commercial for the 9th Doraemon movie "Doraemon: The Record of Nobita's Parallel Visit to the West", which says that the movie had just recently came out in theaters and was a "big hit". That movie came out in Japan on March 12, 1988, which would match up perfectly with the original air date of episode 49 three days later.
