Sorry , but i don't know why you post this information here ?
The "Classic" Shin-chan episodes have been remastered and are on Luk Internacional's YouTube channel (you need either a VPN connected to Portugal or Spain). There is a catch, they were horrifically cropped to 16:9 AR rather than keep in its original 4:3 AR.
And so, with 16:9 AR cropping you lose picture from footage that wasn't meant to be in widescreen. Just take a look at the screenshot below, it's Shin-chan having pervy thoughts and the comedic value was lost because you don't see his smirky mouth.
