It's very sketchy moment here. Russian subs says: "Certain family gave birth to an incarnation of king Arthur."

Also if my French is correct "sosie" is not a "clone" per ce.. It's more like "doppleganger/copy/double"
Spanish sub just tells you she was indeed created by someone to be a copy of King Arthur. So, yeah, that's kind of vague. But Aniplex line is just bs.
Actually, he says: "A clan cloned King Arthur" (literally "designed a clone of King Arthur").
