[◯PMan] Flip Flappers Creditless OP1 (BD 720p) [1789990F]

BDMV is of average quality. The noise wasn't preserved all that well, and there's some occasional banding. You've also got some minor aliasing. Filtering includes descaling to 720p, denoising with contrasharpening, a tiny bit of AA, scenefiltered debanding (stronger debanding on two cuts) and heavy adaptive graining.

This is an OP I've encoded from scratch several times over the years as I've learned more and more about encoding, and has been a great testing ground in that regard. I doubt this will be the best, or even the very last time I'll encode it. If you're aspiring to become a good encoder, this is, in my honest opinion, one of the best OPs to try and learn with.
