Depends on how easy it is to sync. Haven't tested it yet but am not looking forward to it if there are really so many edits. Someone on a previous thread mentioned they had it already synced on DVDs, but have no way of playing them. If I could get/find it pre-synced, I would add it no question. Otherwise that's a lot of work for ~170 episodes that I personally have no nostalgic attachment to.

@dh117 It must be a fan edit. The dialogue and music of that scene is the same across all official versions. The uploader just took the "Ginyu Transformation" song that plays a few seconds later and moved it to earlier in the scene, because they wanted to I guess.
