In what bitrate it was encoded? I wish HEVC x265 uploaders upload higher or original bitrates... Lowering bitrates makes quality worst

Episode 12 has an audio cut out for just a couple seconds, at 8:36. My local media players seem to handle it ok, but Plex can't. Audio goes out of sync after that.
