why is it like 0-0.1 kBps in my pc when it come this file and other files be like like 1.4 mBps?

I really want to save space so thats why i want someone to reencode it to mp4 and lower size.

I dont have computer or laptop and only have a phone and a usb so.... 20gb is too much
