Cranachan, your internet pipes won't burst. It'll just take you two hours to download with a 1mbit/s connection. You'd be done by now had you started when it was released.
@Cranachan, as a proud user of a Verizon DSL plan, I can tell you that what you are saying is complete and utter bullshit.
Just leave it downloading overnight and you will have it in no time.
