Makes me tempted to cut the op audio from the eng dub and attach it with the jp op since it uses the original lupin theme

Nope. There's like a extra 40 seconds on all episodes.
The forementioned 'Lupin Gang Intro'. Something they made for the USBD which has like each character of the gang introduce themselves.
Otherwise, I might've done a dual audio. But, cba to do all that cutting/editing personally.
My aim was to just get this release out before the 15th when Part V starts to give people a heads up.
The Japanese Only USBD might have the intro inserted for a easy dual audio. But I imagine the chances of the BD popping up are low.
It is not possible to dual-audio this at all, period. The English Dub BD uses the Italian video master which was an earlier animation cut. The Japanese version has animation fixes and touch-ups and as such the runtimes are different so syncing is not possible.
