@Blackhole done
lots of macroblocking from lack of bitrate and grain. o.o
“This is what the Bluray should have looked like!”
@ChaoXide
Perhaps the screenshots are confusing, the source is the top image, and my degrain/encode is the bottom image.....
You can't be watching the video yet because no-one is over 33% downloaded. Please provide frame number/timestamp and description of issue.
why would you make your comparison images jpeg
Uh.... They're not?
Unless imgur re-encoded the images.....
Fucks sake, imgur re-encoded the images. I've updated the description with a different image host
@denoiz Can you please post https://nyaa.si/view/928980
@radydragoon
I'm not sure how well mvtools will deal with modern fluid CG animation. I'm more interested in older hand-drawn shows. I'll take a look, but make no promises. For reference, next on my hit-list is SDF Macross [1982].
Also, the best source material to work with would be a full-bitrate Bluray Remux, not somebody else's encode.
Thanks for this!
Excellent work on this. Most of the other encodes are before h265 even existed, and are practically dinosaurs in comparison.
^^ Very fun to watch ! thank you for sharing.
Is no one seeding this?
The new English Dub by GKIDS is released! (in US theaters on March 11th, 2020) Trailer : https://invidio.us/watch?v=abN9w3C46Aw Looking forward to the BlueRay release!
Thank you! Can't believe I liked the degrained version more. Hope you can do Shin-chan Movie 9 (2001) :')
