So are all previously planned Kametsu BD releases now cancelled? Or are they just gonna be released under the LY name?

Depends on the project and the lead. Several solo projects have been released under individual tags. The LostYears team did form Galator though for some Blu-ray projects and have already released a couple things: Maquia and Made in Abyss.
