What is this?
@everyone This is a recap of the entire S1 in one episode with with a few marks and logos on the entire video (it's clearly a recap and promotional video). It's good for those who forgot a few things from S1 and doesn't want to re-watch the entire series. This special wasn't included in any Blu-Ray so if you want to have a complete One Punch-Man collection, add it there because better than this you won't get.
This is the TV special known as 一撃でわかる！TVアニメ「ワンパンマン」マジ振り返り！ in Japan. As implied by ShinMugetsu2000, it is extremely rare. The narrator is Keiko Toda for whatever reason, which is incredible.
